摘要
针对工业机器人系统对开放性能的需求,该文运用LabView作为上位机系统软件平台,美国NI公司的PCI-7340运动控制卡作为下位机,构建了"运动控制卡+PC"的开放式控制系统,实现对SCARA机器人的精确控制。运行结果表明,该系统能够很好地满足现代运动控制系统的要求,而且系统硬件、软件都实现了对用户的最终开放,提高了系统可维护性和可操作性。
According to the request of the open architecture robot controller,In this paper,The virtual instrument design soft LabVIEW was used as the host computer application's platform.The PCI7340 made by NI was used as subordinate computer to realize the precise control of SCARA robot.The results show that the system meets the modern motion control system's requirement.Both the hardware system and the software system are opening to users,which improve the system maintainability and maneuverability.
