摘要
采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法对烯啶虫胺原药中有效成分及其杂质进行分离分析,得到烯啶虫胺及其4种杂质的质谱谱图,并根据生产工艺推断出各杂质的结构,从而有助于烯啶虫胺的质量控制、残留分析,有利于控制烯啶虫胺原药的杂质,提高产品质量。
A HPLC-MS method for the separation and determination of nitenpyram and its 4 impurities in technical material was developed.The molecular structures of the 4 impurities were identified and confirmed.The results showed that the method employed had a good repeatability and productivity.
