摘要
建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中醚菌酯和己唑醇含量的方法。采用250mm×4.60mm(i.d.)phenomenex Gemini C18柱分离,以甲醇∶水(75∶25,V/V)为流动相,在220nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明,醚菌酯和己唑醇的线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9996;变异系数分别为0.32%、0.39%;平均回收率分别为99.15%、100.28%。
A HPLC method for the determination of kresoxim-methyl and hexaconazole 40% SC was developed using Phenomenex Gemini C18 column,methanol-water（75∶25 by vol）as mobile phage,and detector with wave length of 220nm.The results demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of kresoxim-methyl and hexaconazole were 0.999 8 and 0.999 6,the variation coefficients were 0.32% and 0.39%,the average recoveries were 99.2% and 100.3%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the analysis of this multiplex formulation.
