摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,HP-5弱极性毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二丙酯为内标物,用FID检测器对七氟甲醚菊酯原药进行定性定量分析。该方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.132 7,变异系数为0.143 1%,平均回收率为100.31%。此外,用强极性毛细管柱,FID检测器对其顺式Z/E异构体进行分离。
A GC method for the determination of 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroethane--4-methoxy benzyl- 3 - (3,3,3 -trifluoro- 1 -propenyl) -2,2 -dimethyl cyclopropane carboxylate with HP-5 capillary column, dipropyl phthalate as internal standard and FID detector was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.133 7, the variation coefficient was 0.143 1%, the average recovery was 100.31% respectively. The separation for the Z/E isomor of this compound with polar capillary column and F/D detector was described as well.
