摘要 为考察实际使用中10种断裂准则的精度,以2A12-T4铝合金为材料,进行5种不同应力状态的拉伸断裂试验,并在ABAQUS中计算其相应的有限元模型。当试验值与有限元结果足够接近时,提取有限元计算结果以研究各种准则的表现。结果显示,对于应力状态简单的试验,大多数准则均表现较好;对于应力状态稍复杂的试验,多参数断裂准则总体上优于单参数准则,其中以Norris准则、Wilkins准则表现最为优异。 In order to study the reliability of 10 ductile fracture criterions, 5 kinds of tensile tests for 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy's were conducted. Finite element models were built respectively and solved in ABAQUS. The FEM results were extracted to eval- uate these criterions when the FEM and experimental results were close enough. It is found that in the case of simple stress state, most criterions display favorably; in the case of complicated stress state, criterions with more than one parameter are more relia- ble than that with single parameter with the Norris criterion and Wilkins ductile fracture criterion being the best.
