α-细辛脑联合微波辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of α-Asarone Injection with Microwave for Bronchopneumonia in Children

目的:探讨α-细辛脑联合微波辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效。方法:130例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组62例,对照组68例。治疗组在常规治疗(抗感染、氧疗、气道管理、退热等)的基础上加用α-细辛脑注射液静脉滴注,并予微波治疗仪对肺部进行局部照射,对照组采用常规治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95.2%,对照组总有效率79.4%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.08,P<0.01)。结论:α-细辛脑联合微波治疗小儿支气管肺炎可较快改善临床症状及肺部体征,缩短支气管肺炎的病程及住院时间。

Objective： To explore the effect of α-asarone injection with microwave for bronchopneumonia in children.Methods： One hundred and thirty bronchopneumonia cases were randomly divided into treatment group（62 cases） and control group（68 cases）.The treatment group was treated with α-asarone injection and microwave local irradiation in addition to the conventional treatment（anti-infection,oxygen-treatment,respiratory tube administration and defervesce）,the same conventional treatment only was used for the contrast group.Results： The rate of efficiency of the treatment group was 95.2%,compared to 79.4% in the contrast group.There was a striking difference between the two groups（χ2=7.08,P0.01）.Conclusions： The treatment scheme of α-asarone injection combined with microwave local irradiation is helpful in relieving and controlling bronchopneumonia.
