摘要
本文综述了耀斑活动区向量磁场的基本特征，并对第２３ 太阳活动周的有关研究选题提出了具体的建议。
In this paper, we review the fundametal characteristics of the vector magnetic fields of flare productive active regions, and advance some concrete suggestions for the relavant investigations in the maximum phase of Solar Cycle 23.
