摘要
生命生存生活教育即"三生教育",作为云南素质教育创新的一项教育教学改革举措,高职院校"三生教育"应具有不同于普通院校的自身特点。从培养目标的职业性,决定"三生教育"应着眼于生产、建设、服务和管理第一线的高素质技能型人才的培养;从教育内容的实践性,决定"三生教育"应着眼于学生职业道德和职业精神的体验;从活动环境的企业性,决定"三生教育"应着眼于实习实训等实践教学环节并以此为切入点,渗入生命生存生活的价值教育。只有这样,高职院校"三生教育"的开展才更具现实意义。
The education of life,live and living constitutes the "Three-L education".As an act in the education reform of Yunnan whole-person education innovation,"Three-L education" for the High Vocational College should have its own characteristics that are different from the original colleges.As the students are trained for certain vocation,the "Three-L Education"should focus on the cultivation of skillful people with high quality for the front line of production,construction,service and management.As the education content is practical,the "Three-L Education"should focus on students'experience of professional ethics and spirits.As the exercise environment is enterprise-like,the "Three-L Education" should focus on practical education such as internships,and interpreting the value of life,live and living at the same time.Only in this way can "Three-L Education"of High Vocational College embodies more real meanings.
