一直以来,高职院校日语专业的毕业生在就业等方面的优势明显低于其他普通的高等院校,高职院校的教学现状不容乐观,究其原因是多方面的。基于对现状的分析,高职院校在应用日语专业教学方面的改革方案,应以能力考级为主,以培养学生的实际运用能力为主,以学生为主体,采取灵活多样的形式,借助于现代化教学手段,完善教学计划,加强师资力量与教学条件。只有培养高等应用型的日语人才,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

The advantage of employment for higher vocational graduates in the major of Japanese is always obviously lower than that of other common higher colleges.The teaching present condition of higher vocational colleges is not optimistic,whose reasons are various.Based on the analysis of its present condition,higher vocational colleges should make the teaching reform scheme for applicable Japanese major with ability test as center to train students＇ practical applicable ability,adopting flexible forms with students as the main body.They should perfect teaching plan by means of modern teaching methods to strengthen teaching staff and teaching condition.Only by training advanced applicable Japanese talents can they stay successfully in fierce competition.
