摘要
"6S"管理最早起源于日本丰田公司,是现代工厂高效率低成本的现场管理方法。"6S"分别是指:清理(Seiri)、整顿(Seiton)、清扫(Seiso)、整洁(Seiketsu)、素养(Shitsuke)、安全(Security)。在高职数控基地实施6S管理,要建立完善的规章制度,走"工学结合、校企合作"之路,同时要加强学生实训的"6S"管理。
6s-management originates in Japan Toyota Company,high efficiency and low cost on-site managing method of modern factory.6s refers to seiri,seiton,seiso,seiketsu,shitsuke and security.Implementing 6s-management in higher vocational NC practical training base,regulation should be established perfect,sticking to the combination of work and study as well as the cooperation of college and enterprise.At the same time,it needs to strengthen 6s-management of students＇ practical training.
