关于辅导员帮助贫困生走出心理困境的探讨

The Discussion of Counselors Helping Poor Students out of Psychological Difficulties

据有关部门统计,目前我国高校贫困生总数已高达300多万人,比例达25%。有许多贫困生感到身份低微,有自卑感,不愿意让别人知道自己的处境,也不愿意接受他人善意的同情。在贫困生成才的过程中,心理健康自我维护起着重要的作用。高职辅导员应该通过思想政治教育,培养贫困生敢于正视困难,树立正确的贫困观;树立自信心,战胜困难;善于合理调节情绪,建立和谐人际关系,走出心理困境。

According to the statistics made by relevant departments,the total number of present poor students in our colleges reaches more than 3 million,the proportion of 25%.Many poor students feel obscurity and inferiority complex,not willing to let others know their position,even not willing to accept other kind sympathy.In the course of poor students＇ growing-up,it plays an important role of psychological health and self-maintenance.Through ideological and political education,higher vocational counselor should train poor students to dare to face difficulties,set up correct poverty view and self confidence to overcome difficulties,be good at adjusting emotion reasonably,and establish harmonious interpersonal relation out of psychological difficulties.
