摘要
目的探讨广州地区2型糖尿病人群与健康人群脂联素+45(SNP+45)位点不同基因型间TC、apoA1、apoB、RETN、APN、TG和Lp(a)水平变化及意义。方法采用病例-对照研究模式,分别测定广州地区已知脂联素+45(SNP+45)位点基因型的2型糖尿病人群和健康人群的TC、apoA1、apoB、RETN、APN、TG和Lp(a),并进行统计分析。结果 2型糖尿病人群和健康人群SNP+45位点的TT基因型组与相应的GG+TG基因型组之间的TC、apoA1、apoB、RETN、APN、TG和Lp(a)比较异均无统计学意义。2型糖尿病人群SNP+45位点TT基因型组与健康人群SNP+45位点TT基因型组之间的apoB、RETN、TG差异有统计学意义。2型糖尿病人群SNP+45位点GG+TG基因型组与健康人群SNP+45位点GG+TG基因型组之间的TC、apoB、RETN、TG和Lp(a)有统计学意义上的差异。结论 2型糖尿病人群脂联素SNP+45位点各基因型组的apoB、RETN、TG明显高于健康人群,显示脂联素SNP+45基因型与2型糖尿病有关。
Aim To investigate the variations and significance of total cholesterol(TC)apolipoprotein,apolipoprotein A1 (apoA1),apolipoprotein B(apoB),resistin(RETN),adiponectin(APN)and triglyceride(TG)between type 2 diabetes and the healthy people with different genotypes of adiponectin +45 nucleotide polymorphism(SNP+45)in Guangzhou.Methods With a case-control study mode the levels of TC,apoA1,apoB,RETN,APN,TG and Lp(a)in type 2 diabetic patients and the healthy people were anlayzed.Results The levels of TC,apoA1,apoB,RETN,APN,TG and Lp(a)showed no significant difference between TT genotype group and GG+TG genotype group of adiponectin +45 nucleotide polymorphism in type 2 diabetes.The levels of TC.apoA1,apoB,RETN,APN,TG and Lp(a)also showed no significant difference between TT genotype group and GG+TG genotype group of adiponectin +45 nucleotide polymorphism in the healthy people.The levels of apoB,RETN and TG showed significant difference in TT genotype of adiponectin +45 nucleotide polymorphism between type 2 diabetic patients and the controls.The levels of Tc,apoB,RETN,TG and Lp(a)also showed significant difference in TG+ GG genotype of adiponectin +45 nucleotide polymorphism between type 2 diabetic patients and the controls.Conclusion The adiponectin +45 nucleotide polymorphism is associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the resistin plays an important role during the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
