广州地区阴沟肠杆菌Qnr基因流行调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解阴沟肠杆菌中质粒介导喹诺酮类耐药基因qnrA、qnrB、qnrS基因流行情况。方法以PCR法对62株环丙沙星耐药的阴沟肠杆菌进行qnrA、qnrB、qnrS基因检测,并结合试验了解喹诺酮耐药的可转移性。结果 62株阴沟肠杆菌中,qnrA基因阳性30株(48.6%),qnrB基因阳性41株(66.1%),qnrS基因阳性7株(11.3%),qnrA基因和qnrB基因同时阳性16株,qnrA基因和qnrS基因同时阳性1株,qnrB基因和qnrS基因同时阳性2株。结论广州地区阴沟肠杆菌存在qnr基因,应加强qnr基因监测。 Aim To evaluate the prevalence of qnr gene in clinical isolates of Enterobacter cloacae.Methods The qnrA,qnrB and qnrS gene in 62 strains of ciprofloxacin-resistant Enterobacter cloacae isolates were detected by PCR. Plasmid conjugation experiments were done in order to investigate the quinolone-resistant transfer.Results Among the 62 Enterobacter cloacae strains,there were 30 strains(48.4%)carrying qnrA gene,41 strains(66.1%)carrying qnrB gene, 7 strains(11.3%)carrying qnrS gene,16 strains carryign qnrA gene and qnrB gene,only one strain carriying qnrA gene and qnrS gene,2 strains carrying qnrB gene and qnrS gene.Conclusions The qnr gene is prevalent in Guangzhou area, thus monitoring of qnr genes resistant to quinolones be strengthened in the future.
