Primary Exploration on the Design of 110 kV Smart Substation

智能变电站将是未来变电站的发展方向和必然趋势,对于传统的变电站具有极大的挑战,其技术发展也是一个逐步完善,较长时期、渐进的过程。通过智能变电站与传统变电站对比,阐述了110 kV智能变电站设计要点,并对其过程层、间隔层、站控层的实现进行了详细的描述,进而对110 kV智能变电站设计方案进行了探讨。

Smart substation will be the developing direction and an inevitable trend of the future substation,which is a great challenge to the traditional substation,though the technology developing process of the smart substation is a gradual perfecting,time consuming,and progressive one.Comparing with the traditional substation,this paper introduced the main design points of the 110 kV smart substation.And the implementations of its process layer,the bay layer,the control layer are described in detail.In the end,the design scheme of 110 kV smart substation is discussed and some proposals are also given.
