摘要
目的通过终末病例分型方法提高病案首页书写质量。方法用终末病例分型方法对每份病历进行综合质量指标进行评定。结果用病例分型方法与科室奖励挂钩,从而增强临床医师填写好病案首页的意识。结论应用终末病例分型方法是提高病案首页质量的有效方法之一。
Objective Writing quality improvement of medical record front page through classification method of final medical record.Results To relate rewards of department with classification method of medical record thereby it can strengthen the consciousness of well-filing about medical record front page of doctors.Conclusion The one of effect method of improving front page quality of medical record is classification method of final medical record application.
