目的探讨病案流程管理软件的升级,促进实现病案管理质量的提高。方法分析旧管理软件运作繁琐、准确率低的弊端,结合实际进行有针对性的改进,并对运用效果进行比对。结果新系统借阅登记准确性提高了11.99%,准确率达到了99.99%,减少了借阅登记环节99.99%的工作量;回收登记准确性提高了17.43%,准确率已经达到了99.54%;从系统上规避繁杂环节,使工作简单、高效,实现了流通病案电子化管理的有效性。结论病案流程管理系统的改进即要有科学化的管理手段又要结合工作实际,才能够充分发挥计算机的优势,提高工作效率。

Objective To investigate improvement of medical record process management software for improving medical record management quality.Methods To analyze the disadvantage of complicate operation and low accuracy rate of the old management software;to have relevant improvement combing with practice,comparing with the application effect.Results The accuracy rate of lending registration of new system increase 11.99% which makes it achieve 99.99%,reducing 99.99% of lending registration workload;the accuracy rate of recovery registration increase 17.43% which makes it achieve 99.54%;it avoid complicated link from system which makes work become easy and high efficiency,achieving the efficiency of digitalization management of circulate medical record.Conclusion The improvement of medical record process management system not only should have scientific management methods but also should combine work practice,which can fully develop the advantages of computer and improve work efficiency.
