我院住院病人常见疾病谱构成分析

The Common Disease Formation Analysis of Hospitalization Patients in Our Hospital

目的了解影响本地居民健康的常见病和多发病,为医院管理及疾病预防工作提供依据。方法分析某院2007年-2009年住院病人疾病分类年报表,按构成各疾病的例数进行顺位整理、统计、分析。结果前l0位疾病共11,756例,占出院病人总数的17.93%。排列在前三位是肺炎2,186例、慢性阻塞性肺疾病1,595例、肺恶性肿瘤1,468例,分别占总出院人数的3.33%、2.43%、2.24%。结论根据疾病构成规律和特点,医院要合理配置资源,加强对常见病、多发病的防治,做好民众健康教育,增强抗病能力。

Objective To find out the common disease and frequently-occurring disease affecting local resident providing basis for hospital management and illness prevention.Methods An analysis on illness classification annual report of hospitalization patients from 2007 to 2009 in a hospital which arrange,account and analyze in order the number of disease forming.Results The number of top 10 illness is 11756 accounting for 17.93% in the total hospitalization patients;the number of top 3 diseases are respectively 2186 of pneumonia,1595 of chronic obstructive pulmonary and 1468 of lung cancer, accounting for 3.33%,2.43%,2.24% in total hospitalization patients.Conclusion According to the rules and characteristic of disease formation,hospital should distribute reasonably resources,strengthening the prevention of common disease and frequently-occurring disease,people health education and disease resistance ability.
