摘要
羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼台植入术后眼台暴露感染是手术后的首要问题,因此术后抗感染治疗、术后护理及术后观察对防治眼台暴露起着重要作用。现将38例义眼台植入术后患者的护理观察进行回顾性分析。提示,加强卫生宣教,细心指导患者日常护理,注意眼部卫生,及时清理结膜囊的分泌物,进食高营养、高纤维素饮食,增加机体的免疫力,是促进伤口愈合的有效措施。
The primary problem after hydroxypatite aritificial eye implantation is exposure infection,therefore anti-infection treatment,nursing and observation after the surgery play vital role in it.A retrospective analysis on nursing observation about 38 patients who had this surgery,which shows that the effective measures of helping wound healing are health propaganda and education strengthening,daily nursing instruction for patients,attention on eye health,conjunctival sac secretion cleaning on time,high nutrition and high cellulosic diet as well as body immunity strengthening.
