In this paper,the error of the regression formula of copp-douglus production function was pointed out,which was published on Advanced Mathematics（Ⅰ） of self-study examination of the national higher education for the majors of economy and management.The correct regression formula was given.Finally,the article set an example to explain the application method to the regression formula.
