摘要
以甲基丙烯酸和正十八酸为原料，在对甲苯磺酸的催化下，制备了甲基丙烯酸十八酯。研究了反应时间、反应温度移醇摩尔比、催化剂用量及带水剂用量等工艺条件对酯产率的影响。
Octadecyl methacrylate was synthsized from methacrylic acid and ocatadecanol with p - toluenesulfonicacid as catalyst. The infuence of influence conditions such as the mole ratio of methacrylic acid to octadecanol, the quantity of catalyst and water- carrying agent, reaction temperature and resction time on eserification was studied.
