摘要
以Fe2(SO4)3为固体催化剂,1.4-二氧六环作溶剂.由没食子酸和十二烷醇制备了没食子酸十二烷醇酯(DG)。通过正交试验探明了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量和醇酸摩尔比等对DG收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。结果表明,Fe2(SO4)3催化活性高.副反应少,反应时间缩短,产率较高而废液减少。
Fe2(SO)3 used as solid catalyst and 1,4 - dioxane used as solvent with gallic acid and dodecanol, thepreparation of DG have been studied. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, quantity of catalyst andproportion of raw materials has been investigated by orthogonadization. The optimum conditions were determined based on experimental results. The results obtained show that the method has the advantages of highcatalytic activity, few byproduct, shorter reaction the, less amount of catalyst, higher yield and few waster water.
