中西医结合护理学专业改革思路

The reform of nursing specialty integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine

针对目前高等中医院校护理教育的现状和存在问题,提出中西医结合护理学专业本科教育的改革思路。依据改革思路,顺应现代医学模式,夯实西医、突出中医,将中医的整体观念、辨证施护与西医整体护理有机结合,提高学生的综合素质,有利于培养中西医结合护理特色鲜明的人才,更加符合医疗市场和社会的需求,具有良好的发展前景。

According to the current status and problems of Traditional Chinese Medicinel（TCM） nursing education,we put forward education reform ideas for undergraduates of nursing specialty integrating TCM and Western medicine.The reform measures included standing out TCM and strengthening Western medicine,integrating the holistic point of view and care according to a differentiation of syndromes is TCM system with holistic nursing and nursing procedure in Western medicine system.The reform measures contribute to improving nursing students＇ comprehensive quality,cultivating nursing students integrating TCM and Western medicine,and meeting to the needs of medical market and society.
