肿瘤患者应用静脉输液港两种封管方法效果观察 被引量:16

摘要 目的比较留置静脉输液港的肿瘤患者在化疗期间和化疗间期应用生理盐水封管和肝素液封管的再通效果,寻找不同时期最佳的封管方法。方法试验组15例在化疗期间和化疗间期均用生理盐水20ml脉冲式静推再用50U/ml肝素液5ml封管;对照组15例在化疗期间和化疗间期均用生理盐水20ml脉冲式静推再用生理盐水5ml封管,观察两组输液港再通效果。结果在化疗期间肝素液封营和生理盐水封管效果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),在化疗间期肝素液封管和生理盐水封管效果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在化疗期间输液间隔时间在24 h以内的选用生理盐水20ml脉冲式静推再用生理盐水5ml封管方法最佳,在化疗间期选用生理盐水20ml脉冲式静推再用50U/ml肝素液5ml封管方法最佳。 Objective To compare the sealing effects of vein transfusion port embedded in cancer patients between normal saline and natrium heparin in different periods,in order to find out the best way of tube sealing.Methods A total of 30 cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.For the experimental group,15 patients were pulsed with 20ml normal saline in the chemotherapy intervals and during chemotherapy,and then 5ml sodium chloride injection containing heparin sodium(heparin sodium 50U/ml) was adopted to seal the tube.For the control group,15 patients were pulsed with 20ml normal saline in the chemotherapy intervals and during chemotherapy,and then 5ml normal saline was adopted to seal the tube.The effects of the two ways of tube sealing of vein transfusion port were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the sealing effects of vein transfusion port between normal saline and natrium heparin during chemotherapy(P0.05);while there were significant differences in the sealing effects of vein transfusion port between normal saline and natrium heparin in the chemotherapy intervals(P0.05).Conclusion During chemotherapy,normal saline can replace sodium chloride injection containing heparin sodium to seal tube of vein transfusion port embedded in cancer patients.However,in the chemotherapy intervals,sodium chloride injection containing heparin sodium should be adopt to seal tube.
