Causes and Inspirations of the Failure for Economic Reform in Soviet Union's Radical Change

我国对苏联经济体制的研究一直较为重视。当前,我国的改革又进入了一个崭新的新阶段,要解决的问题甚多。在此背景下回顾苏联经济体制改革的历史进程,总结其经验教训,提出一些值得思考的问题,具有十分重要的意义。本文论述的问题有:对苏联剧变根本原因的看法;苏联经济体制形成的原因;历次改革失败产生的严重后果;改革的历史进程;对中国的启示。

China has always attached great importance to the study of Soviet economic system.Currently,China＇s reform enters a brand new stage that needs to solve numerous problems.In this context,it is of great significance to review the historical process of the economic system reform in the Soviet Union,and to draw lessons and raise questions accordingly.This paper discusses the issues as follows：views on the basic reasons for radical change in the Soviet Union,the cause for the formation of Soviet economic system,the severe consequences of the failures of each reform,the historical process of reform,and the inspirations for China.
