摘要 本文以低韧性HDPE树脂和低韧性PP树脂为例,从CaCO_3对基体树脂的增韧化、超韧化、增强增韧化等角度,介绍了高性能聚烯烃/CaCO_3复合材料制造的基本技术形态。本技术涉及CaCO_3表面高效活化、高性能CaCO_3母料、高性能聚烯烃/CaCO_3复合专用料及高附加值产品生产等应用领域。 The present article introduces the basic technique of the preparation of polyolefine/CaCO3 composite material with high performance, in which the influence of CaCO3 on the base resin is discussed such as improved toughness, supertenacity,higher rigidity as well as higher toughness, and so on. HDPE and PP are taken as examples, for both of them have low tenacity. This technique involves the following applied fields: the surface activation of CaCO3 with high efficiency, CaCO3 master batch with high property, the special polyolefine/CaCO3 composite material with high performance, and the products with high additional value.
