摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为基本单体,再引入具有不同结构或基团的第三单体:N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM),N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮(NVP)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS),通过水溶液聚合法合成了3种耐温抗盐三元共聚物(AM/AMPS/第三单体),对比研究3种三元共聚物及AM/AMPS二元共聚物的耐温抗盐性能,并考查了第三单体加量对三元共聚物耐温性能的影响。结果表明,AM/AMPS/第三单体三元共聚物相比AM/AMPS二元共聚物耐温抗盐性能有了较大提高。4种共聚物中AM/AMPS/DMAM相比其他共聚物耐温效果最好,其固含量为0.3%的水溶液,在90℃环境下60d后粘度还能保持在58.8mPa.s,且高于初始粘度27mPa.s。AM/AMPS/DBS抗盐性能要优于其他共聚物,其固含量为0.3%的盐水溶液在90℃,20000mg/L矿化度下,粘度仍能保持在10mPa.s左右。DMAM、NVP和DBS含量分别为8%、1.0%与0.7%时3种三元共聚物的耐温性最好。 By taking Acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as the basic monomers,the third monomer with special structure or functional groups,such as N,N-dimethyl acrylamide(DMAM),N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone(NVP) and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid sodium(DBS) was introduced,three kinds of terpolymers with temperature and salt resistant performance(AM / AMPS,the third monomer) was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization.The temperature and salt resistance performance of three terpolymers and the AM / AMPS copolymer were comparatively studied,and the influence of dosage of the third monomer on the temperature resistance of these several kinds of copolymers were also examined.The results show that comparing with AM / AMPS copolymer,the temperature and salt resistance performance of the AM,AMPS,the third Monomer terpolymer is greatly improved,and comparing to other copolymers,the heat resistance performance of the AM / AMPS / DMAM terpolymer is the best,the solid content is 0.3% water solution,after 60 days,its viscosity is remained at 58.8 mPa·s at 90 ℃,which is 27 mPa·s higher than that of initial one.The viscosity of solid content of 0.3% water solution is remained at about 10 mPa·s at 90 ℃ and 20000mg /L salinity,When the content of DMAM,NVP and DBS is 8%,1.0% and 0.7% respectively,the heat resistance of three kinds of copolymer is best.
