内隐致敏法对线索诱发酒依赖患者心理渴求的影响

The influence of covert sensitization on cue induced craving in patients with alcohol dependence

目的:了解线索诱发酒依赖患者心理渴求情况,探讨内隐致敏法对酒依赖患者心理渴求的干预效果。方法:将90名康复期酒依赖患者随机分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),采用视觉模拟评分法根据被试者的自我报告初次评价心理渴求程度,采用内隐致敏法对观察组进行干预,每周干预四次,对照组未采用内隐致敏法,其余干预措施与观察组相同。3周后,对照组、观察组观看饮酒相关视频,同时给予酒瓶、酒杯、酒味刺激,线索诱发后1分钟内再次评价心理渴求程度。结果:线索明显诱发酒依赖患者心理渴求(P<0.0 1),内隐致敏法能降低酒依赖患者心理渴求程度(P<0.0 1)。结论:康复期酒依赖患者在线索诱发下产生明显的心理渴求;内隐致敏法能降低酒依赖患者心理渴求程度。

Objective：To understand the impact of the cue-induced craving and endo-sensitizing among alcohol dependence patients. Methods：90 alcohol addicts were divided two groups and the craving were measured ,45 cases in survey group and 45 cases in contral group. The survey group accepted endo-sensitizing four times per week but the contral group didn ＇t, after three weeks, 90 abstinent alcohol addicts were exposed to video tapes of alcohol using and the craving were measured after cue-induced. Results： Cue-induced alcohol addicts＇craving（P 〈 0.01 ）, endo-sensitizing could lower the craving（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The alcohol addicts in rehabilitative period Exposure to drinking related cues can induces craving, endo-sensitizing can lower the craving.
