精神专科医院老年住院患者用药调查

Investigation of elderly inpatients with drug use in a psychiatric hospital

目的:为了解我院老年住院患者用药使用情况。方法:一日法,调查2010年7月16日在院327例老年患者用药情况,并较去年同期结果比较。结果:抗精神病药237例(72.5),奥氮平99例(30.3)升至第一位;促智、益智类药220例(67.3);其他辅助用药中心血管系统238例(72.8)共36种,血液系统150例(45.9)共24种。结论:非典型抗精神病药使用越来越多,心血管、血液系统辅助用药品种多,注意合理选择用。

Objective：To investigate the status of drug using in hospitalized elderly patients. Methods：Use one day time point sur- vey to investigate pharmacotherapy status of inpatient mental disorder patients of our hospital during 2010. 7. 16 and compare the results with the same of 2009. 7. 16. Results ： 237 cases antipsychotics （72. 5 ） , olanzapine 99 （30. 3） to the first ; brain stimulants 220 cases （67.3）; other auxiliary agents, cardiovascular system, 238 （72. 8） Total 36 species, 150 patients with blood system （45.9） Total 24. Conclusion： More and more use of atypical antipsychotics, cardiovascular, hematological adjuvant varieties, pay attention to choose a reasonable one.
