90例酒依赖者血液生化水平分析

Analysis of serum biochemistry in 90 alcohol dependent patients

目的:了解酒依赖者血液生化指标的变化情况。方法:采用贝克曼全自动生化分析仪对符合CCMD-3诊断标准的90例酒依赖者进行生化项目检测分析,并与85例健康对照组进行比较。结果:①电解质改变。酒依赖组血钾、钙、镁降低,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。②血清酶改变。酒依赖组的血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等血清酶类指标升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。③其他血清生化指标改变。酒依赖组血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01));高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)降低,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:酒依赖者的生化指标有不同程度的改变。应大力宣传过量饮酒的危害和酒依赖的防治知识,对酒依赖的患者应早诊断、早治疗。

Objective：To investigate the level of serum biochemistry in 90 alcohol dependent patients. Methods： The level of serum biochemistry of 90 alcohol dependent patients diagnosed with CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria was measured by Beckman LX20 automatic biochemical analyzer, the result of which was compared with that of 85 health adults. Results： The level of serum biochemistry such as ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, CK, LDH, TC, TG, LDL-c of alcohol dependent patient group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈0. 01 ）, while the level of serum K＋ , Ca, Mg, GLU, HDL-c was significantly lower（P 〈0. 01 ）, but the level of serum Na＋ , iP had no significant difference in the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Different degrees of changes are observed in the level of serum biochemistry of alcohol dependent patients, h should strongly publicize the harm of overcomsumption of Alcohol and the knowledge of prevention and cure of alcohol dependence. Alcohol dependent patients should be early diagnosed and cured.
