摘要
目的探讨高血压患者舒张早期二尖瓣血流速度与二尖瓣环运动速度比值(E/Ea)与有创的左室舒张末压(LVEDP)的相关性。方法 40例高血压患者接受心导管检查之前24h内进行经胸多普勒超声心动图检查,常规测得二尖瓣血流参数、二尖瓣环运动参数。LVEDP由6F猪尾导管测取。结果线性回归分析表明舒张早期Ea、E/Ea比值与LVEDP有较好的相关性(r=-0.7,P<0.01;r=0.90,P<0.01),E/Ea与LVEDP的相关性要高于Ea与LVEDP的相关性(Z=1.92,P<0.05)。结论对于高血压患者舒张早期E/Ea与LVEDP有良好的相关性,是评估左室舒张末压的有效指标。
Objective To validate the efficacy of tissue Doppler Echocardiography for evaluating left ventricular diastolic function. Methods Forty patients underwent left heart catheterization were included in this study. Mean of peak early diastolicvelocity(Ea),EF and early mitral valve flow veloeity(E)were measured by echocardiography and the ratio of E to Ea(E/Ea)was calculated. Left yentricular end diastolic pressure was measured during catheterization examination. Results Ea,E/Ea was significantly correlated with LVEDP (r=-0.7,P〈0.01;r=0.903,P〈0.01,respectively). The correlation coefficient between E/Ea and LVEDP was significantly higher than that between Ea and LVEDP(Z=1.92,P〈O.05). Conclusion E/Ea are valuable parameter for evaluating LV diastolic function.
