系统性红斑狼疮合并可逆性后部白质脑病综合征1例 被引量：4

摘要 病例女,32岁,因＂间断性双下肢水肿10 d,意识障碍1 d＂入院。患者于10 d前无明显诱因出现双下肢水肿,呈凹陷性,在我院门诊诊治无明显好转,下肢水肿逐渐加重,蔓延至颜面部。1 d前出现呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物且量多,伴头晕、头痛。入院前1 h出现抽搐,双眼上翻,四肢抖动,呼之不应,给予安定肌注后缓解;但意识不清,烦躁不安。入科查体：血压203/139 mmHg,意识模糊、躁动,
