以理论为基础，探讨砂磨机中的研磨片的诸多设计要素。设计的研磨装置具有研磨效率高、研磨粒度小、粒度分布窄、节能等特点，并用于生产实践，取得良好的使用效果。

Various factors in the design of impeller disks in sand mill has been discussed theoretically. The sand mill with newly designed impeller disks has the advantages of high grinding efficiency, smaller grinding fineness, narrow particle distribution and energy saving. Good result has been obtained in the practical production.
