初诊甲状腺相关眼病患者甲状腺功能及血糖血脂水平初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨初诊的甲状腺相关眼病患者甲状腺功能及血糖、血脂(TG,TC)之间联系,指导临床治疗。方法:回顾性分析了2001年12月~2010年5月住院首次诊断为甲状腺相关眼病60例患者的临床及实验室资料,统计血糖、血脂异常的发生率及甲状腺功能情况。结果:60例甲状腺相关眼病患者中,甲功正常25例,甲功异常(甲亢、亚临床甲亢、甲减、亚临床甲减)35例;空腹血糖调节受损4例,糖耐量异常为20例;高甘油三酯血症为9例;高胆固醇血症为8例。结论:甲状腺相关眼病患者存在部分血糖、血脂异常,考虑可能与甲状腺激素及自身免疫机制相关,治疗前后可行OGTT试验及血脂的筛查。
