AF内固定加植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折60例

目的:探讨后路AF内固定加植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床疗效。方法:对60例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者行AF内固定行椎板间植骨治疗。结果:经11～26个月随访,平均16个月,伤椎高度和脊柱生理弧度基本回复正常,内固定无松动及断钉,神经功能改善,椎管重建良好。结论:AF内固定加植骨能达到良好复位固定和椎管有效减压,操作简单,是治疗胸腰椎骨折的安全有效方法之一。

Objective： to explore the internal fixation of posterior AF with bone graft treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture of the clinical curative effect. Method：sixty cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture patients were done AF fixation line between vertebral lamina bone graft treatment. Results： after 11 - 26 months follow - up, mean 16 months, the injury vertebral height and spinal physiological radian basic return to normal and internal fixation without loosening and screw breakage, nerve function improvement, sedagood. Conclusion ： AF fixation plus bone graft can achieve good reset fixed and decreased effectively reduced pressure, the operation is simple, is the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures are safe and effective method of one.
