摘要
目的:荧光定量PCR检测普洱茶对胃癌前病变大鼠p53基因的表达。方法:建立大鼠胃癌前病变模型,给予普洱茶灌胃1个月后,采用荧光定量PCR检测p53基因的表达情况。结果:普洱茶处理组1个月后,p53mRNA的表达显著高于未用普洱茶处理组(t=3.256,P=0.006)。结论:普洱茶可以稳定抑癌基因p53的表达。由此推测普洱茶通过抑制p53的突变或稳定p53基因来抑制大鼠胃癌前病变向胃癌的转化。
Objective: to measure the p53 gene expression in gastric precancerous lesions of rats after Pu'er tea treatment by real -time PCR. Methods: We established the gastric precancerous lesions model in rats and treated rats with Pu'er tea for 1 month. In the end, we used real - time PCR to measure the p53 gene expression. Results: treatment with Purr tea for 1 month,the p53 gene expression in these rats was signifieanly higher than this in the rats without Pu'er tea treatment. Conclusion:Pu'er tea can stabilized p53 tumor suppressor gene expression, which indicated that Pu 'er tea suppressing p53 gene mutation or stability of p53 to inhibit the transformation of rat gastric precancerous lesions to gastric cancer.
