摘要
传统三相整流器由于输入电流中含有大量谐波,对电网以及其他用电设备都带来了较大的危害。多脉冲整流技术可以有效降低输入电流谐波含量,具有可靠性高、适合宽变频输入、EMI低等优点。详细分析了24脉冲变压整流器网侧电流谐波含量以及平衡电抗器在整流电路中的工作原理,利用Saber软件建立了其仿真模型,通过仿真结果验证了多脉冲整流技术有效降低输入侧电流谐波,并模拟了变压整流器在各种故障条件下故障报警和故障切除。
Conventional three-phase rectifiers,cause input current with plenty of harmonics pollution,to bring for hazard AC electric network and the other electronics equipments.Multi-pulse rectifier can reduce the total harmonics distortion(THD) of the input current.In addition,the rectifier possesses high reliability,low EMI,which is suitable for wide frequency.The harmonics of the input current,the effect and the principle of interphase reactor in rectifying circuit are analyzed in detail.The simulation model of 24-pulse transformation rectifier with interphase reactor is built using Saber.The simulation results show that the model can reduce the harmonics distortion of the input current.The short-circuit and open circuit faults are also analyzed.
