摘要
针对车钩钩舌面补焊工艺要求,研制出一种专用于火车车钩钩舌CO2/MAG自动堆焊机,克服了传统的手工堆焊工效低、劳动强度大且耗材等缺点。该焊机以PLC为核心的控制系统控制电机和焊枪的三维移动,经过工厂运行表明:该系统运行可靠,实用性强。
According to the demand of resurfacing welding techniques in coupler knuckle,the special CO2/MAG automatic surface welding machine is designed,which resolves several problems of traditional resurfacing welding way,such as lower efficiency,intense labor and lavished material.The machine uses PLC as control center for motor controlled and welding torch moved in three-dimensional,and test results show taht the system can work reliably and practicability.
