摘要
从一种冶金机械立卷夹钳入手,对其机构简图进行了受力分析,建立了夹紧力计算和校核的数学公式,确定了夹紧力与机构各杆件所处位置,以及夹持物与夹钳钳口的摩擦系数之间的关系。为夹钳的结构优化提供了理论依据。
Mechanical performance of metallurgic mechanical vertical coil clamp was analysed,mathematical representation of calculation and check for clamp force were created,the relation between clamp force and position of each beam of mechanism,the friction factor between clamp object and jaw of coil clamp were defined.The structure of coil clamp could be optimized based on these representation.
