摘要
伺服机械压力机实现了柔性化和智能化,大大提高了产品质量和生产效率。基于4000KN伺服机械压力机所具有高柔性的运动特性,文中对冲压工艺进行了优化并对建立开放式的冲压工艺程序库进行了探讨。
Servo mechanical press can not only achieve flexibility and intelligence,but also greatly improve product quality and increase productive efficiency.Several kinds of stamping process are optimized,the opening program is constructed and library of stamping process is discussed in this paper based on the 4000kN servo mechanical press with high flexible motion characteristics.
