基于软件接口的制造信息系统标准化研究

Research on Standardization of Manufacturing Information System Based on Software Interface

针对制造信息系统集成性和移植性差、重复开发的问题,提出了一种基于软件接口的制造信息系统标准化方法。首先对制造信息系统各功能模块进行分类,分析制造信息系统中存在的问题,并指出制造信息系统标准化的意义;其次引入制造信息系统标准化概念,建立了基于软件接口的制造信息系统标准化结构;最后对软件接口进行描述并提出测试方法。在此基础上,通过实例对接口进行应用。结果表明该标准化方法具有很好的实用性。

Aiming at the problems of low integration,portability and redundant development in manufacturing information system,a standardized method of manufacturing information system was proposed based on software interface.Firstly,functional modules of manufacturing information system were classified,and the significance of standardization of manufacturing information system was indicated.Secondly,the concept of standardization in manufacturing information system was introduced,and one standardized structure of manufacturing information system based on software interface was built.Finally,the software interface was described and the test method of it was present.Based on this,the interface was applied by an example.The result showed that this standardized method had very good usability.
