摘要
游梁抽油机的平衡效果决定了抽油机的工作性能以及使用寿命,其中平衡体与游梁的夹角以及曲柄平衡相位角的选取是抽油机平衡设计的关键。文中应用MATLAB语言开发了优化软件并进行了实例计算,实践证明优化后的参数有效降低了减速器净扭矩峰值,使扭矩曲线变化更加平缓,从而为抽油机平衡设计和改进提供了有效的工具。
The balancing of the beam pumping unit determines the working performance and service life,the angle between the body balance and beam and balance crank phase angle is the key technique for balanced design of pumping unit.In this paper,optimization software is developed with the MATLAB language and an example of calculation is carried out.Practice has proved that the optimized parameters can reduce the net torque peak of gear reducer,so that torque curve is more gentle,which can provide an effective tool for balanced design and improvement of beam pumping unit.
