一种激光切割机支撑板的螺柱支撑替代方法

An Alternative Method on Thread of Laser Cutting Machine Support Plate

在激光切割钢板时,由于条形支撑板烧损严重并伴有粘结现象,严重影响钢板加工质量,且更换支撑板成本较高。文中提出了一种螺柱支撑替代方法,能有效地减少支撑板的烧损和粘结,在保证加工质量的前提下,可灵活简便地更换被破坏的支撑部分,具有可观的经济效益。

The processing quality of steel plate is serious affected,due to being burned seriously and sintered when the steel is cut.And the cost of replacement of support plate is higher.An alternative method using thread is proposed in this paper,burning and sintering about support plate are effectively controlled.On guarantee the processing quality,the damaged parts are replaced easily and flexibly,with considerable economic benefits.
