摘要
本文为在软弱土层条件下实施桩径Ф800mm桩长58m冲击成孔灌注桩及新型冲锤设计的实践研究,通过独创设计空心锤、制定针对不同土层的泥浆和冲程控制、改进导管连接等方案和措施,从而实现工程的设计要求。实践证明,本文所研究的设计方案和工艺是切实可行的。
This paper is the practical research of the implementation of bored pile with Ф800mm pile diameter and 58 meters pile length and new punched hammer design in soft soil. Many programs and measures have be used to achieve the design requirements, including the unique design of hollow hammer, establishing mud and stroke control for different layers and improving tube connections. It has been found that the research of design program and technology in this paper is practical and feasible.
