盾构始发端头连续墙成槽过程卡锤事故的处理 被引量:1

摘要 地下连续墙在地铁施工中已广泛应用。冲孔成槽是连续墙成槽的主要方式,由于地质条件的影响及冲孔桩施工工艺的制约,在成槽过程中难免会发生卡锤或掉锤等情况。目前针对卡锤或掉锤事故的处理方法有很多,根据不同的条件与特定的环境,有不同的处理措施。本文通过珠江三角洲城际快速轨道交通广佛线8标土建工程盾构始发端头加固工程地下连续墙施工过程中的一次卡锤实例,结合当时施工的特殊情况,分析了如何在车站内盾构隧道洞门处取出方锤的方案,以指导今后类似工程的设计、施工。 Diaphragm wall construction in the subway has been widely used. Punching into the groove is a continuous wall trench one of the ways commonly used, due to geological conditions and punching Piles constraints into the slot in the process will inevitably occur, or hammer out hammer stuck and so on. Currently out for stuck hammer or hammer approach there are many accidents, according to different conditions and in the specific environment, there are different measures to deal with. In this paper, the Pearl River Delta Intercity Rapid Rail Transit Line 8 scale civil works Guangfo End Shield reinforcement of underground continuous wall construction process, an instance of a stuck hammer, combined with the construction of the special circumstances at the time to analyze how the station shield tunnel portal at the side hammer out solutions to guide the design of future similar projects and construction.
