摘要
根据松花江流域实际情况和水资源管理需求,提出松花江流域水资源配置模型框架。对项目区域和模型结构进行了详细介绍,下一阶段进行参数率定、未来相关规划方案的制定等一系列工作,以期更好地为流域水资源管理服务。
Based on the actual situation of the Songhua River basin and the water resources management requirement,the paper puts forward the framework of the Songhua River basin water resources allocation model.The project area and the model structure are introduced in details,the series of work would be made in the next stage,include the parameter calibration,the future related planning establishment,etc,which would provide the better services for the water resources management.
