摘要
采用红磷合金、水合氧化铝、聚磷酸铵等无卤阻燃剂构成的多种阻燃体系对聚乙烯进行阻燃。在阻燃研究的基础上,用EVA部分替代聚乙烯,用硅烷熔融接枝、交联的方法改善阻燃体系的力学性能,结果表明,合理选择各种阻燃剂配比,并通过接枝交联的方法,可取得良好阻燃效果、改善体系力学性能。
Polyethylene (PE) is retarded by various flame retardant systems composed of unhalogen flame retardants such as amorphous phosphorus alloy and aluminium trihydrate (ATH). Based on the retardant experimental results, EVA is substituted for PE partially in the systems and the new systems are modified by melting grafting and crosslinking of silane to improve the mechanical properties of the systems. The results show that with the resonable choice of ratios of different retardants and graft crosslinking, the systems are endowed with good retardancy and mechanical properties.
