基于隐性采购成本的多因素供应商选择研究

Research on Supplier Selection Based on Recessive Factors and Purchasing Cost

论述了关于如何更准确选择最佳供应商的问题。针对提前期、交货准时性、采购批量、质量等采购相关因素一般都没有量化计入综合采购成本而被忽略,影响了供应商选择的准确性的情况,提出了包括隐性采购成本在内的综合指标体系,并对量化的隐性采购成本进行了分析计算,计成采购总成本。在比较综合采购成本的基础上,结合供应商评价的其他指标体系,采用熵权灰色关联分析这种实务应用性比较强的方法,来对潜在供应商进行比较选择。实务证明,该方法有效可行。

The paper aims to how to select the best supplier more effectively and accurately.It is suggested that recessive purchasing cost,such as quality,leading time,punctual delivery,purchasing batch size,should be calculated into total purchasing cost before establishing appraisal system.The paper analyzes how those recessive factors influence the total cost and tries to appraise supplier by entropy weight-grey relational analysis.In the end,a case is raised to show whole process of assessment and proves the theory effective.
