高校学报办刊思路的探讨

针对快捷的网络交流对高校学报传统的办刊模式产生的冲击,提出了开放式办刊的策略,通过组建一流的国际编委会,在巩固校内优秀稿源的基础上,吸纳校外乃至国际上优秀的稿源,扩大学报在国内外的影响力。同时,采取办专业化期刊,策划精品栏目和重点专题,出版专辑和国际会议论文集等灵活多样的办刊方式,来打造精品期刊。

The convenient information exchange on internet has imposed certain impact on the traditional operations of university journals.This paper proposes various flexible ways of journal operations,like implementing open journals,building first-class international editor committee,increasing journal＇s influence both at home and abroad as well as establishing exquisite journals.Specific measures to enhance and consolidate the journal quality include founding professional journals,planning dedicated columns and key topics,publishing special issues and international conference proceedings,keeping internal outstanding papers and attracting excellent papers outside.
