铅对作业工人抗氧化能力的影响

Effect of lead on anti-oxidation ability of workers

摘要 选取63名铅作业人员(接触组)和35名不接触铅人员(对照组),测定尿铅浓度和血清MDA、H2O2、CAT的水平。结果显示接触组与对照组间测定指标差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.001),提示铅接触增强脂质过氧化作用,降低抗氧化酶系活力。
