摘要
在引进的Ｂａｒｍ ａｇ 公司 ＰＡ６ 装置上生产出９１ ｄｔｅｘ／４８ ｆ ＰＯＹ，并在意大利ＲＰＲ 型加弹机上加工成７７．７ｄｔｅｘ／４８ ｆ 粗旦多孔高弹锦纶６。严格控制ＰＯＹ 工艺，可使产品质量稳定。控制ＤＴＹ 加工速度在５５０～６００ｍ ／ｍ ｉｎ，拉伸倍数１．１９，热箱温度１８０℃，以及综合控制其他工艺条件可使ＤＴＹ 高弹丝的一等品率达９０％ 以上。
POY of 91 dtex/48 f was produced on PA6 plant imported from Barmag Co.. And foamed coarse\|denier high\|elastic PA6 fiber of 77 7 dtex/48 f was produced on RPR texturing machine of Italy. The well\|controlled POY process assured stable product quality. To achieve 90% first\|grade percentage of high\|elastic DTY, the processing parameters were given as 550~600 m/min spinning velocity, draw ratio 1 19, hot box temperature 180℃ and other better comprehensive conditions.
